Try doing some light exercise, like walking or riding a bike. Would you consider MIDOL a painkiller? It works great. Hot water bottle or heating pad will help some, too. Try to cut back on the caffeine while on your period. Soaking in a warm bath might relax you.

Do you consider advil a painkiller, because that works pretty well. Other than that, a heat pad on the abdomen.

Exercise?....hot water bottle on the tummy...home made one...use a litre bottle and fell with hot water not boiling though...wrap in a towel and place on ur tommy
very effective
u can also lie face down

Have chemo to kill off your ovaries for a while. Worked very well for me! Unfortunately, after one year the pain is returning. I will seek a historectomy if it returns fully.

hot water and try rubbing your stomach or laying face down. But i take motrin it is very good for cramps.
