Please explain to me the difference between a Semi Atonomous Government Agency and a Government Ministry or Department.What are thge key diffences in service delivery and methodolgy.What are the key target differences.Thank you.

A semi-autonomous government agency is a semi-private agency where it operates without government supervision under its own charter. The government ministry or department is managed by the public administrators. Usually, the former delivers it services promptly because of the business nature while the latter is purely public service as it is.
