Do thoughts of suicide dance through your head as though they were sugarplums dancing thru a Christmas carol......
Or were the sugarplums too sour to embrace a solitude of emptiness rejoyced by prayers of deliverance......

Unfortunately christmas and suicide have an unfortuanate link in my bain in reality because my father commited suicide Dec 27th. Oddly enough Raindeer, christmas trees and candy canes make me think of suicide. You can think of that when you think of your card. The woman who cannot wear frosty the snow man pajamas because they are sucicidal, but the roaming travel nomes and 1/2 eaten apples are happy.

unfortunately yes. Thank god my will power to live is far greater.
I went through a very traumatic experience and I felt that to get this done and over with might as well. But I realized the pro's of being alive - my daughter and I don't want her to suffer a traumatic experience like I did.

No, but my sister fights them everyday. And yes fight is the operative word. She may feel like dying, but her head tells her to slog through, and it will get better, and it does...or so she tells me.
