An organization whether it is industrial or commercial is a living organism. People make the lifeless thing into a living one. All the workers and management are jointly responsible for the existence and development of an organization. Each and every member of the organization is also liable for its failure. As you say, some work hard and some others enjoy holiday may be true. But not always and not in each case. Friend, why do you bother about others. Duty is divine. Perform it well.
