I doubt with testosterone pills or powder, you would get improvement. It might improve your desire. You need surgery for it.
Penis enlargement surgery is called phalloplasty.
Try in your country, whether this is available or not. This surgery can improve both size (length) and diameter (girth).

No it is not going to help. What it is going to do is slowly destroy your body from with in. That is if you are taking way to much of it and then there is the mental side effect. Ever heard of steroid rage. Go to a doctor and have him check you out. It is always best to check with someone that knows what they are talking about.

no, nothing you will ever do or take/drink will make your penis any bigger. your genes predetermined your penis size so be happy with your size even if it is way too tiny. at least, you have a tiny wee bit, rather than nothing. cheers!

No, it will not make your penis bigger. It may increase your sex desire at first but will affect your hormonal balance which will decrease your ball size.
