Get together with a bunch of friends, have a cookout, go out to dinner. The older you get the less you will want to celebrate your birthday, but if you are young and broke, celebrate by doing something you love with people you love, or get your friends to take you out and cover you. Best I can do.

pamper yourself with a nice bubble bath, light some scented candles, play your favorite music or just do anything that makes you feel good. i somehow doubt you'll have to spend your birthday alone so enjoy the company of anyone who cares enough about you to spend time with you.
i don't celebrate my birthdays anymore so i just do whatever i do any other day.

dress up in casuals, small decoration with whatever is available, one candle if u can afford, and listen to music..[1]. very soft, close your eyes and enjoy...[2] rock/fast and dance for some time and relax... think of family and friends.. go through old photographs... ALL IN VERY RELAX MIND...here is wishing u a very happy birthday...if u enjoy than remember me

Make myself a chocolate/whipped cream/banana cake and eat all of it I want with ice cream and a good movie at home.
