Too many years of our forefather beating them down gave a lasting impression or inferiority complex when the opposite should be true!
No man is any different from any other! Well except in one area but fortunately some still get blessed!

Heaven forbid if someone is competitive. This country was founded on the principle that whites are in charge and every other race has to compete for the crumbs to survive. Now the playing field has been somewhat leveled and everyone has to compete and whites take it personal that they no longer have the sizeable edge they once was afforded. Don't take it personal it is just the way blacks have been raised.
Asians are the same way when it comes to academics.

you know what, as a white good looking female i am personal assistant to one of South Africas well known Black business men!! in my exspierence i have come to one conclusion:
people use colour and a past as an excuse for their failures in life, this is no longer the monkey ages! if someone Black/brown or white cant stand what you are achieving it is only because deep down they resent that they dont have the ability to achieve what you are achieving. but why make this a racial issue? you know that they say once you have perfected your knowledge pass it on to others this way we will make the world a better place (full of clever people) so go to whoever cant stand your achievements, and tell them you are willing to share your secrets of sucess with them and help them grow, you might end up with a wonderful friend, hope this answers your question.

Why is it that some people generalize an entire group by the actions of a few? Would you like it, if I said you must be a Klansman, because of all the white people that are Klansmen and the fact that no one but whites are even allowed to be Klansmen? That's as ridiculous as ... well, as your question is.

I have worked and am working with white men in my country and some of them are the most honourable people I have had the privelige to know. they have given me the education that some of the best schools couldn't.
Also, I believe all men are equal regardless of who is better than who.
