Not true, rap is beginning to spread around. I'm white and my 9 year old granddaughter is one-good-rapper. It's so cute. The positive rap is spreading, and I love it. Just like granny-rapper on the talent show on TV. Even churches and schools have some great raps that are clean, positive and just fun. I think it's spreading in the right direction. Some of the comedians are comming up with some really funny ones. Most of the best rappers are black people. There's some really cute ones out there. That's just my opinion, and I'm 60 something.

Eminem, Paul Wall, Bubba Sparks. I see what your trying to say though, I guess it's because they don't try to be rappers, and if they do, they'll most likely will come out with some already famous black rapper. I just don't think people really take white rappers seriously. Shame, I know.

First of all, all rappers aren't black, its just that the more famous ones are. And maybe the white rappers are trying to get in the business but their talent just isn't meeting the expectations of this generation!

They aren't all black. Most are, but some are white, some are hispanic.
What's up with that is that rap has its roots in black America. Just like R&B and soul music.
I mean, what's up with the vast majority of country & western singers being white? It's just the way it goes. Some art forms appeal to certain people and not to others.

Are Vanilla Ice and Eminem black? If so, then I must be having a problem telling the difference between black and white.

black people seem to invent every music style in the US. All rock n rollers were originally black. Of course with rap we now have Eminem, Kid Rock, the Beastie Boys, et al.

Jesus, do you know how many asian and white rappers there are out there? Just because you've never heard about them doesn't mean they don't exist. You're just making up a stereotype.
