How much is 100 lbs of red cedar worth?

You don't have much red cedar timber if all you have is a piece weighing 100 lbs. I wouldn't think it would be worth much more than $15 - 20.00. A piece of red cedar like you have might be used by a home hobbiest to make small cedar knick-knacks or small cedar boxes.
