Last time I checked she was an R&B artist and since that genre of music is mostly about that now a days it's probably about sex. Is it about her man leaving her for her sister, or her pretending to feel bad about leaving her man for one of his boys. I'm serious people do you pay attention to the music you listen to? It's always about the same damn thing with different music behind it.
