dude dont dump him your all he has. wait till he gets out unless, he did a crime to you or your family or you dont feel safe with him other wise, stick with him. divorce is so ugly are you having an affair on him? i mean do you want to be with some one else? once your married remember you said" I DO" through the best of times and the worst of time till death do you part. my hubby is in prison hes been there for 17 months will be there 5 more iam faithful, and trust me, ive had plenty of chances to get laid, try not to divorce him unless he isnt trying to help himself, or he is in there for more than 5 years, then write him and he can do it in there for free.( usually)

depending on the state, its real easy, most states have a law that states ...if your spouse is convicted of either a felony,or a misdemeanor that carries a sentence of more than 2 yrs you can file for divorce...case law...a legal separation is 1 yr, involuntary separation 2yrs...
