After they've shut their gaping mouths, promise them you'll dress like that once a month, every month, only if they promise to do your Archie routines from now on, instead of Star Wars.

Look at your co-workers, they are probably the same age...mid thirties to forties. Since Star Wars came out in the late 70's, your co-workers probably grew up watching the great trilogy and still have not out-grown it.
