bowling party, tobogganing party, indoor pool party at a hotel, you could have a snowsculpting contest, in your house - have a ton of different games so that everyone can wander around and play something different and give out prizes, have a huge pizza party and watch movies,

This might sound lame, but go bowling - it can seriously be a lot of fun if you have a bunch of friends with you and nobody really cares about being perfect. Go to one of those jazzed out places with neon lights etc. The theme could be Pirates of the Caribbean and you could all dress up like the characters=) Who cares what ppl think!! Oh I just realised your b'day is in the winter.... well you could still do that, except a skating party might be more fun and P of C might be a bit old by then. I don't know where you live, but you could have a bonfire with hot chocolate and roasted marshmallows after skating, or go sledding.

depends war u liv an how cold it gets also how much u can spend mabe jus stay hom an hav a treasure hunt mak teams with boy-girl pairs try to pair them so if a boy girl r hot for eac oter put them on separate tms to kin of mak it interrestin mabe the tm that does bes gets to chose any boy girl to kiss i mean the best boy gets to kiss any girl an the best girl any boy than the next best tm repeats it but the ones kised cant get a 2nd kiss until everyone got a kiss
