I've actually told random women that they were beautiful. Unfortunately, it didn't go anywhere ever, but it wasn't always supposed to. Sometimes, a woman just inspires you so much that you have to say something. It's not just one thing that does it; it's how everything works together. It's how her outfit brings out all the best in all her features.

To respond also to another answerer, it's not a shallow thing to think someone is physically beautiful and tell them such. Hell, I've told random people that they were beautiful INSIDE because of something wonderful I saw them do. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, as they say, and I've noticed that most women don't believe they are as beautiful as they are, in ANY sense of the word. Everyone needs to be told every day that someone finds them beautiful.

If a woman had a unique, maybe not so obvious beauty, then i might say something, but come on, unless you're brad pitt, for the most part, that just isn't what a beautiful woman wants to hear, especially if she really is that beautiful then she's sick of hearing it, she probably cringes, it's over as soon as you say that crap

She would have to show me both inside and out that she was beautiful...nothing major, but a single random kind act, coupled with what I find physically beautiful.



Her not having a man nearby who'd take it the wrong way would be helpful too.
