I'm 19 years old and is 5'11'' is that considered short?

Depends on where you are from, and who you hang around.
I know that doesnt answer it well.
Yes, most people would consider 5'11" relatively tall for a man.
However, since I am 5'10"+ tall myself, and two of my sons are 6'5" +, and most family members are my height or taller ... to me it's short.
See ... its all relative to where you are and who you are with!!

5'11" is fairly tall. at 19, you may still grow to be a six footer. when i was your age, i was 6' flat. now at 21, i'm 6'2". cheers!

the avrage hight of a ful grown male is 5'8"-5'10"
