Just do simple yoga exercises like the Surya namaskar which combines 6 different poses done twice each for about 15 seconds. Do this about 6 times and you'll reduce your weight.
On the other hand you can also do the pranayama which are breathing exercises. You can find them on my 360 page.

if u want a surgery, get a Bypass. They are the best invention ever, they staple ur stomach and cut it down, i have a friend that was as fat as a truck and he got the bypass and now hes thin. its really great, i recommend it (talk to ur doctor first)
U can also stop eating vary much and with the long time, ur stomach its going to decrease, but ur always going to be hungry :P

Lose weight overall. There is no such thing as spot reducing. You can strengthen and tighten the stomach muscles by doing abdominal exercises, but to lose weight (fat) in that area you must lose weight by taking in fewer calories than you burn e.g., you must eat less and exercise.
