Make a zip file (compressed) and burn that to the CD or get a DVD which is 4.7 GB

You check out the CD its actuval space is700 MB/80 min.. but some times when you open the CD in computer it will show you as 800 mb/80 min.... In such case you have to copy the disk which makes the image file when it asks to put empty cd then insert the empty cd then it will start copying. But remember that you use the same drive for as source and writing.

It's hard, but you can try.
Use a compressing utility like WinZip or WinRAR. After that, compress your video file using the "best compression" setting. I don't think you can compress it down to 650 MB or so (even though the CD says it has 700MB of space on the cover, it only has 650++ MB usually). But it's worth a try.

it is possible..
just use Nero to burn ur cd and select burn a VCD.
coz when burning a video cd it compress the video file...
since the resolution at which the vcd is recorded is much lower than original file..even in original VCD movies..

i think certain programs let you write more on a cd that what the cd can really hold...but i think 800mb is too much

well it is not simple to write 800 MB data on a 700 MB CD try to burn the CD with all data on nero.
nero is the cd writing software avilable on http://www.download.com

There is a kind of CDR with 99 minutes (should around 850MB) but some time it cant burn up to so many MB.
You can have a try on this!
