Not every woman feels like that, . . Dearie, . . . Only the Posers and Pretenders more than likely. For example can you think of any celebrity who used to be in the spotlight, but has recently ended up being only mentioned in the trashy tabloids?
If you have low selfesteem, you shouldn't be worrying about what others say or think about you. You're fine just as you are, if there is something about yourself that you can change, that is if You want to Change, then go for it. Because you're doing it for your own sense of well being and simply because it is what makes you happy.
* If everyone were perfect, wouldn't this be a really boring world to live in?

I have no idea. I guess some people act great just to make themselves feel good. Maybe even put others down just so they can boost up their ego.
