I had that problem when i was your age. The doctor said to make a fist and dig my nails into my hands - it makes it go away really quick. Try not to get up so fast. I'm not sure how it looks, my mom asked once "what's wrong with your eyes?"

Fluctuating blood pressure, perhaps due to being dehydrated...get a check up and see what your doctor thinks, just to keep your worries at bay :)

Could be either low or high blood pressure. See a doctor.

Are you anemic? Check to see if your iron is low (especially when you are on your period).
