My glasses are powered -0.75 & -0.75. Will not wearing glasses deteriorate my vision?

Being myopic (nearsighted) is caused by either axial or refractive problems. Axial means your eyeball is essentially too long and refractive means the shape of your cornea is the cause. It has nothing to do with eye muscles so wearing your glasses will not harm the eye muscles.
