This message is true for Indian also, Indian can win the war against disidents, it takes more that a gun to do so. Just look at Gandi as an example of what can happen. Also, there is a workable strategy for fighting a gorilla war that is quite different the way American forces have be trained.

The Strategy exists for fighting a gorilla war but Bush forgot to ask any questions and actually believed that the Iraqi's would be scared to death and just surrender. I doubt he ever heard of Mesopotamia.
It is amazing but true. I am not sure I know anyone personally that could not have done a much better job than GW Bush with an invasion. Certainly, anyone who had read anything about the history of warfare would have done better. It is just amazing, in a very bad way.
And then even worse is the supporters in Congress who were supposedly elected because they knew something. The whole Republican Congress should be replaced in three months for standing around and playing with power and supporting a war effort that was doomed from the beginning.
Why do people or George bush think that hundreds of thousands of people in the United States, Canada and Europe demonstrated against the war in Iraq before it started?
All of those warning flags were just ignored.
It has been an amazing display ignorance and arrogance that we have paraded in broad daylight.
It hurts the heart of any patriot. And just to be clear, just like in Vietnam or any war, it is not the troops who win or lose a war. They do loss, but not the war.
The troops lose their lives or their peace of mind. But those who survive all need counseling to mitigate the aftermath of combat and sorrow of fighting in a unjust war.
