My dermatologist did discuss that issue with me before I began my course of treatment one week ago, however I am 20, and am likely done growing anyway... but she said that yes, though it hasn't been directly proven that there have been cases of stunted or stoppage of growth in teenage people who take the medication! so just be aware of that
