Everyone else has given correct answers for Woot and FTW. In the games i play INC stands for Incoming, as when a player attacks a monster and pulls it to the group so as to not aggro other creatures in the area. INC CH therefore means Incoming Complete Heal as someone else has said.

WOOT: An interjection "Woohoo!" used to express joy or excitement, usually about some kind of accomplishment. Origin: We Owned the Other Team or Wonderful Loot (Everquest or D&D)
FTW: "For the Win" as in "We need to PL(power-level) FTW!"
INC: A an uber clan in Runescape that PK's everyone in the wildy and shows no mercy to all the n00bs out there. Run if you see them.
n00b1:Oh man, is that a member of INC over there?!
n00b2: Yeah! We better run!
CH: Complete Heal as in "dude you rock! we would have gotten wiped if you didn't drop that CH at the end"

"INC CH" is a phrase used in games to mean "incoming complete heal"

the tanks get restless when they don't get a forewarning.

the two phrases by themselves mean nothing to you.
