IOnly in the same way the US based its Pacific fleet in Pearl Harbour so that the Japanese caused civilian casualties.

What, the Hezbollah terrorists shooting any civilian who attempted to leave the rocket sites wasn't proof enough of this? Many of the "civilian casualties" talked about have Hezbollah bullets in the backs of their heads.

They must do cowardly deeds. It is the only way they can survive. Then they justify it in the name of their "god". Someday, hopefully, we will "do" these pigs, the same way we did germany and japan. Until we do, it's gonna be a rough ride.
