This girl at work (and shes my friend) is very underweight, she doesnt eat much. She doesnt bring any food at work. So every single day, she eats half of MY food and picks at it! Shes always asking for bites or asking for half. I keep telling her to bring her own food but she doesnt. Im at a healthy weight so iactually eat lunch. Im really starting to get annoyed. How should i tell her without seeming like a b1th?

keep telling her until she gets the point, and when she tries to eat your food you just snatch the plate from under her nose and tell her to go see a doctor

Have you asked her why she is eating your food and not bringing her own? Even if it doesn't really matter to you why, it might actually make her think about her behavior and become aware of just how inappropriately she's acting. If she doesn't catch a clue, then just come out and say "I'm not going to let you eat my lunch anymore, so don't ask again unless you want me to get really mad at you". You need to set a boundary with this woman and really mean it, or she will keep bumming your food. If you can't say no and mean it over something this small, then how can you expect to say no and mean it when you're faced with something really important in your life. You have a right to have ALL of your lunch, so don't be afraid to nip this ridiculous behavior in the bud before you get so disgusted with her that it ruins your friendship. At this point, it doesn't really matter if she thinks you're a b*tch for speaking out, since she's a much bigger one for putting you in this situation in the first place.

Bring her a half of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich everyday
the same thing. No matter what you eat when she asks for
some thing have it wrapped in wax paper and have her name
written on it with a marking pen. Bring her a new and fresh one
everyday but don't give her other food. Tell her you love her
but you are not her lunch cook. She can have the PB&J sand,
take it or leave it. If she refuses it just leave it on the table some
where near her. Don't take it back. If she says she doesn't care
for PB&J tell her you love her but that's not your problem. If
she's hungry she can eat it or leave it, you are not her mommy.

EDIT: I just love bone thin girls but even they need to be put
in their place sometimes.

Just make her a sandwich too. If that doesn't make her happy and she continues to be annoying, tell her you like to eat your own lunch.

As to your update: if you're that miserable stop feeding her then. End of subject.

Pack a little less for a few days so there's absolutely no extra for her and tell her that you're really hungry and you want all of it, and you're sorry. Hopefully she'll get the point.

Why don't you bring just a little extra for the waif? Since she doesn't eat much, give her a bit.
