Calm down, So you think the Doctor did not detect your tumors in time, you see sometimes tumors are not detected in time but it may or may not be the doctors fault. First of all to sue the doctor or the hospital you must have evidence that it was malpractice on the Doctors or Hospitals part. If there is no evidence of malpractice I am afraid you cannot sue them .
I hope and pray that you get well real soon.
God Be With You My Friend. Amen
Take care and God Bless you !

It's not the hospitals fault for not finding the problem sooner. They work and function like regular human beings and aren't going t be focused on one patient. Whenever I find something wrong with me I demand that a thorough investigation be in order. Two months ago I noticed i was having problem with pain and because I went to the doctor the ordered some tests and found something wrong.

You may be able to sue, but it's not their fault completely.

what the hell would you sue for??? Some poison in your body? It was your own fault that you didn't take care of yourself better and see the doctor sooner. The seizures are most likely caused by the issues that the tumors caused to your brain NOT because they were removed. They were inevitable!

when you go to the hospital you are suppose to inform them of everything you have wrong with you and all the meds you are on and you also sign a paper that states the hospital etc is not liable for anything that happens while you are in thier care. go on line there are free living wills and you can make your requests as you want and the hospital ,doctors have to abide by what ever is written and make sure you get the will notirized by a justuce of the peace to make the paper legal

Have you ever heard of a lawyer. Call a personal injury lawyer and explain your situation. The lawyer will not take your case unless he/she believes you have an excellent chance of winning.
