Wal-mart has a good deal on hip waders.... seriously, is this a local government run sewer company or an actual business? if its local government go to the city mayor and work your way up... of course i would make sure the problem isnt within your own property if so call a plummer...might wanta call your insurance company too in case of damage to your stuff and foundation.. . besides they may be able to help put some heat on the sewer company

Most homeowners are responsible for their own defunt sewer line systems. Call a plummer. Call a few. Ask questions. Find one that has dealt with sewer line systems before. Believe it or not, they could probably give you alot of ideas on where to go to get assistance (if possible). And yes, definitely call your insurance company. Don't "ask" them if you're covered. Talk to them like you know your covered-(female trick I've learned). What a stinky situation you have on your hands (and boots)! Hope this helped.
