i am going out with this guy and he is one year younger than i am but we are really into each other, does anyone think that it is abad idea?

As long as your both happy, then what would be the problem with that? One year's difference isn't anything to worry about. My Grandma was 5 years older than my Grandpa, and they were happily married for 51 years before her passing.

My late wife was 10 years younger than me .... we were together for 27 happy years before she passed away.

One year isn't that big of a difference. If it was two or more and you were both teens, that would be pushing it a bit.
