Introducing a relationship to polygamy is fraught with problems including trust, self esteem, etc. You risk eroding the fundamental principles of the relationship itself. Some people can make an open lifestyle work for their relationship. However, both people have to be brought into it strongly and both people have to be secure in their love, trust and sexuality.

I agree totally with the others this can ruin your marriage...
If you do have a good relationship with your wife...than there is no need for a third party.. Your wife maybe unhappy and using the excuse for a threesome to get rid of you and start swinging the other way.

look man, adventures are cool and and ice breaker in relationships. But this thing is veeeery tricky. You are risking your wife to become interested on girls, it just happens, it's like aids, you say "this will never happen to me" and then take the risk and surprise!
So, I think to go ahead with a threesome, it's 50% trust and 50%luck that your wife won't turn into girls.

My hubby have always wanted it, and I even almost agreed on threesome, but I just can't find the right girl for it, besides I am also concerned that it could affect our marriage and the values we have, as well as I already see myself being jealous during the whole process. So in our case I am hesitating, while my hubby is all for it.
So in your case your wife wants another girl, so all you have to do is to satisfy her desires & needs and do the threesome. Looks like she is comfortable with the whole situation, so you just go for it and enjoy double!

Anyone who has experience with threesomes knows that you ONLY do this with disposable relationships. Marriage requires monogamy. I can almost guarentee that a threeway will end your marriage. It won't be obvious, but it will totally change the dynamics and meaning of your marriage. It does also with a girlfriend, but who cares? That type of relationship is disposable and any honest person would admit that it's only about sex. A marriage is not about sex. It's about family. Us vs them. If you bring another into it, that dynamic is destroyed. Your marriage will go with it.

It will change things between you, you should NOT need other people in your marriage. Why get married if you're going to have that kind of relationship??? yes, it will ruin your relationship, I don't know if it will turn your wife gay like the other guy said (I don't think people "turn" gay), but you're introducing an element that doesn't belong in a marriage. You're playing with fire, and you're going to get burned.

yes it will have an effect on your relationship, however it may be a good one, you are probally the first man to be worried about it ?
most men would have already been on the hunt for the third woman, I feel that you are more worried about your girlfriend becomming more attracted to the other woman and her pleasing the other woman more than you, and vise-versa,the reason I think this way is because she wants the third party and not you! which in most cases its the other way around.
