It would have been nice if you had a photo of yourself, then I could have given you a better answer, but seeing I have got nothing to go on, all I will say is if you truly believe your "sexy" then thats what you are, as its a question only you or people who know you can answer.

If you are a woman then you should be beautiful and sexy. Any woman is sexy. But why sexy... why not say beautifully. Is sex every thing? Life have a better meaning and purpose than sex and sex of course is included in the package of life. Don't be slave to sex and don't let sex be the only driven part of your life and don't show your self as a sex product, you will be very cheap and you will feel sorry for your self.
Be a beautiful woman as GOD have created you.
