He always does.
It is just his car that lets him down. Even with a Toyota engine, they will not be in the competition for the top. At the moment - and for the near future - they will only be able to fight for honour of being top of the second string.
Pity, he's a good guy and deserves to do better.

Probably not. Unfortunately a Toyota engine won't miraculously turn the Williams team from near the bottom of the grid into title contenders; the team also needs a big step-up with the chassis. However, Frank and Patrick's team may be able to contend for podium positions in 2007.

Well, most people are spot on with the point that the car is just not good enough. However, let's keep an eye on what's happening at Ferrarri. After Schumacher's contract runs out, that spot will be up for grabs. And we all know that Alonso is switching to McLaren. That also would leave one spot with Renault. I don't remember Renault or Ferrari announcing the next driver. So perhaps dear old Mark has a chance!

Williams, Webber, Toyota is a good combination but that would not be the reason. He is one of the smoothest drivers of all and Williams is one of the smoothest cars. To say it in a word 'No'.

Sorry but for now Williams is not in a position to make it posible for Weber to be main championship contender, if he'd drive another f1 car maby:)

williams can make a comeback anytime, so if webber stays in williams he might get a victory. But a main title contender, i dunno about that. I guess he's like jenson button, we dont get to see their true potnetial cuz they always seem to have a car thats not good enough

Unless he goes to a top team like Renault or Ferrari he will have to be happy with only being a mid-team racer.
He is a very good driver but remember, without a team behind you, you're nothing.

Pshh, no chance. F1 is about more than just qualifying! He qualifies well but just doesn't have the cutting edge to win a GP.
