Because right before your period, your body is trying to determine if you are in fact pregnant. The fluctuation of hormones is just so crazy, and PMS symptoms are all very similar to some pregnancy symptoms. It's just that the symptoms that are really from pregnancy hormones are much more intense, most times.

Most of the syptoms for pregnancy can be similar to your menusration(stage b4 period) and similar to the actual period it self.Like breast tenderness, irritability, mood swings, and cramping. As long as your sure your not or could be pregnant this is typical unless your symptoms are severe or amplify with time.

If u get pregnancy symptons before your period you shouldnt be getting your period. I am one month pregnant ofund out yesterday and i missed my period and i didnt have symptons for a month. And if u are pregnant you dont get your period its called spotting good luck!

That is very normal to feel those. It could be your are experiencing a heavier hormonal thing, like stronger PMS.
