After we have sex she usually just turns over and goes to sleep, sometimes she goes into the kitchen to eat food and watch ESPN. It makes me furious!!! How do I get her to stay in bed and hold me and talk with me? Thanks.

Talk about reversing roles...
Best thing you can do is talk to her about how you are feeling. She might not be the cuddling type. But tell her it's important to you if you two can spend some pillow time together after sex just to chat for a few minutes and connect. Have a little compromise where she hangs out in bed with you and then she can go watch tv or whatever. Since cuddling isn't really her thing, you shouldn't expect it from her all the time.

Have you asked her why she doesn't want to stay? If not, why not? When you plan to ask her, do it when you're NOT IN BED!! Make it a platonic situation, like at dinner, with no kids around; this is just between the two of you. Communication freely with her. If you get a satisfactory answer, then make a big deal of the next time you have sex, and maybe she'll stick around. Good luck!

some women just dont like to cuddle after sex. Im one of them. For some reason, I just dont like to. After sex, I get a burst of energy, so i have to get up and do something. Maybe your wife is the same way. Have you thought of maybe trying to cuddle why she watches her ESPN, or talking to her, and telling her every once in a while it would be nice if she stayed in bed and talked/cuddled after sex, and maybe every once in awhile, you can get up and do something she likes after sex.

She might not have the need for deep emotional connection as you do. This might work: Tell her exactly how you feel (rejected, abandoned, used, ... whatever it is) also tell her that you do not expect her to change her feelings or emotional needs (or lack thereof) upon your request but that you would be the happiest human being on the planet the day she decides to stay in bed with you after making love. Be careful not to sound demanding.

She probably wants to get what just happened in the bedroom out of her head so she watches ESPN. And if you were a better lover maybe she would want to cuddle with you. MAYBE it is that you SUCK in bed. And she is miserable with you.and doesn't want to cuddle with you cause you are GROSS!
