min is like 2 and a half and theres is like 5 and im older then them so whats wrong with me can i make it bigger or take sumthing to make me go throug puberty faster?

That's what the textbooks tell you, right? That anything you see that is an anomaly or different is 'normal'; that we are all different and unique and special... and it's all good.
Well... they are right. We are all different, and you... well, you are just a little behind the rest of them, is all.
Should you worry? No... you will catch up, and hey, maybe even pass them. Want full, thick, bushy pubes?? Why? Nowadays most people are into shaving, anyways... think of this as Nature's way of saving you money in BIC razors. Want an eight inch penis? No you don't... 'cause you won't even USE it for a couple years, anyways (at least, you shouldn't. and 90% of the people your age who say they DO use it, do not. They are lying to you, and lying to themselves.)
So relax, enjoy being a kid, for crying out loud... I am quite a bit older (but young enough to remember being your age) and if I could, I'd swap you in a minute. Adulthood sucks, and your body is not in a rush to get there... it'll happen... and there is nothing you can do about it, anyways. Worry about what you CAN change: volunteer; clean up a local park; read to the visually impaired; study your schoolbooks and love your parents.

Man, this is the sickest question I have ever heard. You are sayin you look at 12 year old's penis's? and yes if your penis is 2 inches and you are 14 there is nothing you can do about it. It will grow but not by much, maybe another two inches.

give it time. some boys develop faster then others.
i had a bigger willy then most guys my age when i was younger but body wise i was smaller. and i was self concious about that.
as we get older lots of changes take place in our bodies, do not let it stress you out!!!
