No, I wouldn't end the friendship. I would be more careful around him though - try not to say things that would give him mixed messages.

I've had several friends like that over the course of my life.I never ended the friendship for that reason.I tried to encourage them to find someone else and rejoiced with them when they did,but I didn't feel any differently about them when I found out how they felt.Sometimes it progressed a little bit,but then I realised I didn't want that kind of relationship,so we just went back to being just friends. It can happen.I'm married now,but I'm still friends with a couple of guys that I was in that situation with. It's better to be honest without being overwhelming.Don't start proclaiming undying love.Let your feelings be known in a light manner, but let it also be known that you prize your friendship over all.Maybe she feels the same way.You never know.Sometimes it does work out that way.Just don't freak out and get all weird on her if it doesn't.Good Luck.

Never; true friends are so hard to find!
We tend to fall for people in ways that are not reciprocated. As long as Lust does not inter fear than you will probably be the most loyal of all of her friends. You must however draw a line between your heart and her personal life. as she chooses others over you it could lead to disappointment and heartache. Yet if it is truly ment to be wait never leave a void where that friendship is. sometimes we realize too late that THE ONE was there all the time. In the mean time enjoy life and find interest in others. test your feelings for this woman and see if it is just infatuation or if is really LOVE.Good Luck!

NO! That happened to me several times and I've always talked to the guy. In fact, with one of them, our friendship grew stronger and now, he is my best guy friend. Friendships should never end just because something so natural like that occurred.

ahh man I know how you feel bro.
I had a totally similar situation, and lets just say it didn't work out since she had a boyfriend. We're still friends and all, but yeah i know how frustrating it can be.
If it is really looking hopeless, don't just dwell on it and become obsessive, that's the worst. You're better off meeting new girls.

I have a friend, who told me he liked me but I didn't like him that way. He got over it and we are still friends today. And I know he's over it because he was involved with another girl not too long ago.

I wouldn't end the friendship so long as it didn't get creepy and awkward.

nope .... if the guy tells me i consider it... and there is nothing to lose... because as a good friend of his i would not stop being his friend just because of that... the only thing you can win is "consideration" her thinking of you as a bf, TELL HER!
