You would focus on the person's eyes, mouth, or even look above their head toward's the sky but in an inobvious way. But, do talk to them! The acne will not "explode" all over you. To many people, like some idiots on this board, say the meanest things to/about people just because of the way a person looks. If they knew what was the reason behind some of the visual problems of others maybe they wouldn't be so inconsiderate. Every individual is just that..an individual. If every beautiful person on the inside was pretty on the outside then the pretty people on the outside wouldn't be able to be ugly on the inside and would be bored! LOL

Maybe their personality, I'm sure they focus on it enough for both of you. Hopefully, they will do the same for you when you have a problem also

i just try to look towards the ground or something or stay focused on their eyes. it is really hard to have a conversation with someone who has really bad acne without getting distracted

I try to look them in the eye but for some reason my eyes are magnetically drawn to those gigantic red volcanoes that look like they are about to erupt like Mt. St. Helens any second.

I focus on where is the biggest tissue in the world, in case his face explodes all over me. Or I imagine he/she is wearing a beautiful and big paper bag over his/her head...!

lmao good question!! i remember in high school there was this guy who had such bad acne i was always worried that talking to him would somehow cause one of those pus-buckets to erupt and splatter all over me. honestly, i would say don't look at them unless you want to barf.
