In homeopathy the best way to prescribe is by the exact symptoms the patient tells you. How and what the sick person exactly feels is how homeopathy goes about treating and curing him. So it would be lots better if the patient gives his or her details in their own words not the pathological diagnosis of the doctor.
Keep me informed about the progress and conditions of the patient on regular basis if you decide to take this prescription.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines and keep the medicines away from heat, sunlight, fragrances and scents and do not store in a fridge and keep the lids tightly on at all the times
Take Care and God Bless you.

I'm going to start by assuming you had a 'biopsy' done... and that procedure then resulted in the prognosis.
Now, this basically boils down to one of two situations: if you have exhibited KNOWN symptoms of brain cancer (and there are VERY few, save for headaches, dizziness, etc and those can be caused by a billion other things) AND had been to see a specialist who had run tests for brain cancer (not something they often jump in and start looking for) then you have a small chance at at least maybe finding a lawyer who will look at the case for a malpractice suit.
Situation two is that you exhibited NO symptoms that would have led the doctors to suspect it, and test for it. In that case, you are out of luck. Doctors tend to avoid random CAT scans and MRIs just for the heck of it.
The long and the short of it is: unless you have a recent CAT and MRI done and it showed the tumor but was dismissed by the medical staff, then no, you probably do not have a leg to stand on.
The medical profession is infamous for sticking together against frivolous lawsuits like this... you'll probably get nowhere.
Feel fortunate they caught it... they never caught my aunt's. She had a headache Friday, a fainting spell on Saturday, and was give three days to live on Sunday. I suggest you thank God each and every day you wake up, and ask for blessings each and every night you lay your head down.

I don't think you have a chance of winning unless you can prove negligence on the part of the hospital. Meaning they had to have caused a delay in treatment by not performing the accepted diagnostics or made a critical mistake while performing these examinations hope that helps reaper out.....

some things cannot be detected without extreme measures like a biopsy. Unless the doctor actually did something wrong do not tye up the court systems with needless law suits.
