No more periods for women, senior discounts at some businesses, kids are grown and don't have to worry about them as much, usually have wonderful grandchildren, free to travel, don't worry so much about life, don't have to worry about my image as much as when I was younger, partner may be retiring or semi-retired and spending more time together. I am 58 and am enjoying my age. I am more relaxed and have less stress now.

1.) You get restaurant discounts
2.) People believe you more often because you have "wisdom"
3.) You get more respect (or you should)
4.) You more than likely know what real work is, seeing as how you grew up with less technology than most spoiled brats these days.
5.) You have seen the world change drastically since you have been born.

2. being alive that long (some people don't even make it to 17 years old)
3. you can connect with people better
4. more experienced about stuff in the world
5. gives you a better perspective of happenings and you can think about how the world has changed over time

2) You are no longer a target of sexual harassment
3) SS benefits begin
4) You no longer have to concern yourself with fashion faux pas such as high water pants, plaid shirt with plaid pants are ok
5) No more periods!
6) You no longer have to worry about long lines at the ladies room.....you can proudly where depends!

discounts,at resturants,movies join aarp at 55,get drugs from doctors easier lol,get to slow down driving ,cops understand.children should be on thier own,haha.

You get discounts for being a senior. That's the only one I can think of. If you're a girl you don't get your period.
