he comes in acting all ladies' man and messes up my game. I can't even get a girlfriend or flirt when he is anywhere around because he will come up to us and introduce himself and steal the chat between the girl and I. I don't want (but I wish) I could be rude, but he is veeeeeery sensitive about his son rejecting him.

You have a few options:
1. stop bringing your ladies around him.
2. Talk to him, even though he is sensitive, he has to know what this is doing to you.
You never mentioned if he was single, maybe that's why he is doing this. Maybe he wants to see if he still has what it takes to get a woman. He might be doing this just to annoy you or maybe he doesnt realize that he is hurting your chances with the girls. Either way, you must relate to him what its doing, Do it gently and have a real father to son chat.

Offer to fix him up with your gf's mom. maybe he'll get the idea he's looking at the wrong age range. Besides if he has a son your age, he's old enough to know tihs. Are the girls under 18?

Look, guy...... whatever you want this girl to know, comes from when you are alone with her. Let her know ahead of time, when she is to meet your dad....anything you want her to be prepared for. You don't have a reason to be rude with your dad... how much time are you talking about, that you have to spend with him anyway?.......Ah man....perhaps he only wishes to feel young again, not interfere in your life. Let her know whatever you want her to know of you, before, or after, you are with your dad. She will not judge you because of him in any case, she knows what it is like to have parents.........be honest with her, man.........

tell him wisely that u want practice how to be a man, without forget all his
lesson to u about it. tell him how much u want make sure that he's the best dad that u ever have. tell him too that u always be his boy who have pride on him without any guardian.
