Pay the companies that run the search engines to put you in the top or have a website that is so popular that it gets millions of hits a day and thus comes up as most popular. That's how you get on the top.

You need to decide what terms or phrases you want to rank for. You can't rank within the top 10 for everything. You need to focus in on an area.
