If he has lied in the past, it is very likely he is lying to you now or he will lie again. If you find it so hard to trust him then you've got to let him go. It shouldn't be a struggle for you to try and trust him. If you're always going to be wondering, is he or isn't he telling the truth, then you can't have a relationship with him. It's not going to work. No matter how much you force yourself to think that you can trust him, at the slightest mistake all your doubts will resurface. Just end it from now. If he really cared about you and trusted you, he would have trusted you enough to tell you the truth in the first place. By the way, did he tell you that he lied? or did you find out yourself?

The real question is why you're still trying to have a trusting relationship with someone who has lied to you a lot. Aren't you worth more than that? There are trustworthy guys out there.

Theres one way to trust him, dont hang out with him anymore....end of story. People are who they are. I HAD a friend who would tell you he had eggs for breakfast when he really had pancakes lol, just to lie.
