for a lady who don't have much she always want to tell me how i should run my house.we had alot of ugly word and i love you was not one of them. she talks about me behind my back but when i confront her about it she say "I didn't say that". but I know she did.

So if you're being harassed he's being harassed.
Don't let the uninformed advise you to seek counseling, etc. Go directly to your husband and tell him to fix this! It's his mother and he has to LEAVE.

Uuuuggghhh, the ever dreaded dragon lady, the evil witch of the west, the most aggravating and nosy person on the earth......mother-in-law.
I don't think that there is a married lady out there that hasn't had a run in with thiers. I have had so many that i can't count and each one left me feeling that she doesnt respect me enough to be married to her son. Yes, there has been times that i would love to have seen her disappear off the face of the earth, abducted by aliens, ran over by a train, eaten by some horrible monster,...........anything to get her off my back!
The point i am trying to make though, is if you don't actually laugh about it, and stop worrying over everything that woman does, it will drive you mad. It hurts, and makes you want to take her into a ring for a knock down drag out fight and punch her nose down her throat, but unfortunatley we all must suffer the dreaded in law.
Mine does this all the time and she is eventually realizing that i dont take her crap for a grain of salt and the episodes have actually died down, she dont do it as often because she knows that she cant get to me!

Not a nice situation. Do you know for a FACT that she's saying all of these things about you? Have you tried to extend an olive branch to her? When she tells you how to do something, sometimes it's just easier to say, "Yes, ma'am". and smile, while you're at it. It's really the best revenge when you think about it. Where does your husband stand? Hopefully, with you. If it's that's toxic, perhaps a cooling off period. Then try to make friends with her. Get together at neutral places, like a park, a diner, anywhere, but your home. Good luck, dear. Show that you are the better person.

THE EXACT THING IS HAPPENEING TO ME AND I DO WANT TO PUNCH HER. Well i have 2 Mother-in-laws. One is my husbands real mom (the *****) and the other is my husbands step-mom(the nice one that hates his real mom) Me and his step-mom get along great. The real mom on the other hand is a complete and total ***** and i dont think if her son or daugher were on fire she would even piss on them to put them out.(thank you eminem). I hate her she talks about me behind my back and then denies it, like what your going through. Her house is discusting and horrible yet she thinks im the retard that knows how to do nothing in the situation. I HATE HER!

I have the same thing with my mother in law. No one has ever been so rude to me in my entire life. Sometimes it seems there is just no pleasing that woman. Luckily it is not my job to do so. Let her son handle her, I say. I walk out of the room when she enters it.

Nope I can't be bothered worrying about what anyone says about me, nor can I be bothered including anyone who treats me badly in my life, family or not, and she's only family by marriage not even real family so she'd be outta there right NOW! Not to mention that if my husband wanted sex anytime soon he would tell his nosey mother where to stick it.

have you ever just ask your mother-in-law to sit down and talk and ask her why she does this. maybe there is alot of mixed feelings among you two. if this don't work out just stay away from her. explain to your husband that you don't want him in the middle that it's ok for him to see his mom etc. but becuase of you and your mother-in-law fighting it's best to stay away from her.

I dealt with that for 8 years along with her trying to give my husband condoms and porn to make his pee pee happy. He finally moved in with her and left me homeless.. I totally understand, but punching her will only make things worse and put you in jail! So be wise and get a job in a different city and move your wife and fam away from the pshyco! Good luck!

many times that thing also come in my mine because my in law is also like that. its really hard to cope with them but in some way i did it and we are ok now. the best thing to do is you have to talk to her personally one on one as i did. just tell her what you really feel and what you dont want about her.
