euk txn, reverse txn, restriction enzyme, dna ligase, transformation, prokaryotic txn, translation

euk txn in animal. harvest mrna, reverse txn insulin into cdna. rest enzy to ends and ligate into plasmid. transform plasmid into bacteria. let prok txn occur, followed by translation

Prokaryote transcription-eukaryote transcription-restriction enzyme-DNA ligase-translation-transformation.

You notice that I did not include reverse transcription...I'm not really sure that it has a place in this scheme...I associate it more with retroviruses. If I had to make a guess, I'd put it between the restriction enzyme and the DNA ligase.

If my idea is correct, then the second answer will switch the two types of transcription.
