ANYTIME before you decide you want a sexual or oral encounter - let's face it, if they're very special this is not something you keep a secret - as she can go to her physician and seek preventive care if she wants to maintain the relationship or she can choose to value herself and you and wait until marriage knowing that this is the risk she's willing to take as part of her marriage commitment.

preferably before you become sexually active with them. But the sonner probably the better unfortunatly. It can be hard for some people to handle.
