Since Night-crawler seems to have somewhat more experience than Pedro, because Kurt grew up in a circus where he learned to be an acrobat, it improved his agility and flexibility. Since everyone Else isn't sticking to the subject I would put it like this.
Pedro aka Quicksilver is fast however, he is not really that fast. I think he can travel at the speed of sound if I am correct.
Kurt aka Night crawler can teleport at the speed of thought. as long as he can envision where it is that he needs to get to.
this can be a problem for Quicksilver, because all Night crawler has to do is teleport on Pedro's back cover his eyes and run him into a brick wall or something that will knock him out or perhaps kill him.
In the 70's Night crawler did this trick to Spider man, however, it wasn't until Spidy used his strength to try and catch Night crawler, that he hit a Ferris wheel and knocked it off its henge's to where the two teamed up and became friends.
Night crawler is very agile and isn't afraid of a good fight, However, Pedro has never really been one for making the right decision.
Therefore Night crawler would win.

Its hard to say. In House of M Quicksilver got angry enough to go so fast he was able to go at Nightcrawler, Kurt would teleport, and Pietro punched as soon as he got to the place he was teleporting to, then went on to take out many of the X-men and Avengers in single hits. This is the most important reason for Quicksilver's victory, he has done it before. What more reason do you need? I'll give you some anyway...
To those of you who said Night could leave Quick in an alternate dimension, he has never done that before, Nightcrawler subconsiously and instantly transports through that dimension.
Quicksilver approaches the speed of sound and when in a fight is constantly moving and going fast enough to be seen as a blur, so he moves way too fast for Nightcrawler to be able to teleport onto Quicksilver, and even if Nightcrawler got close Quicksilver has reaction times so fast he could punch Nightcrawler before he even realizes he's done teleporting. Sure teleporting is effective, but it is obselete if you have to have a good idea of where your going (Nightcrawler can, in fact, go to places he's not looking at if he has seen it before and knows the spot he's going to is empty). Long live Quicksilver, the clear victor in this case.
That is, if your thinking of old Quicksilver, not new. The new Quicksilver can move small amounts of time in the future for only minutes at a time and can restore mutants powers that lost them in the side effects of M-day. This new Quicksilver has NO chance...

I would have to give Quicksilver the edge in this one. All he has to do is tire Nightcrawler out, and its over.

Nightcrawler kicks ****!!! Quicksilver would have 2 go get his daddy (Magneto) 2 help him... That's what would happen... Then, Kurt Wagner (Nightcrawler) would kick both their butts! Even if they called Scarlet Witch (Magneto's Daughter = Quicksilver's sister), they'd get a can of whoopass (I don't even know how 2 spell it, hehe...)! ;0)

quicksilver would win ... I like nightcrawler better but after seeing last season's justice leauge where flash took apart the braniac/lex luthor villian and the episode where lex 's mind was trapped in the flash's body allowed us to see how powerful the flash .. or someone with similar powers could be. how would nightcrawler catch him ??

I believe a more interesting battle woul'd be Nightcraler vs pre-crisis flash.
I think in THAT battle flash woul'd win because he would use the speed force toalter time so he could stop nightcrawler before he teleported and then make him teleport to the phantom zone.
But in YOUR battle nightcrawler woul'd win because quiksilver has no speedforce.

NIghtcrawler would , all he would need to do it grab quick sliver and teleport into the cross dimesion and leave him there
