I am curious what others are thinking about how the government is handling the custody issues and child support issues. A lot of different types of errors have been found and I can name some the biggest one is favoritism to one parent or the other and the next are they really thinking about the child(ren) involved. There are cases out there where the custodial parent only wants the money and there are noncustodial parents who just use the children to control the other parent and that does not care about the children. I have seen a lot of different issues and not just mine and my boyfriends but others online too, and have even heard people discussing issues related to this and wonder how anyone can not think about the children. What do you think about all this and if you could change it how would you do it?

The government is doing nothing about collecting child support from parents out of state. My ex husband moves from state to state to avoid paying court ordered support for our daughter, he has been a dead beat dad for the last 13 years. Every time the support order catches up to where he works, he just quits his job. Now, if he owed the IRS or the welfare system, or had a warrant for his arrest, you can bet he would be found and made to pay or incarcerated. He owes over $70,000 plus interest. He was not granted visitation due to his unstable lifestyle which would be a danger to our child. Life has been so difficult for my daughter and I, I have had to work two jobs and lots of overtime just to make ends meet.
I have heard of the men that do pay being raked over the coals and seemingly have to make up for the ones that don't pay. The system really sucks and no one seems to care if our children's financial and emotional needs are being met. Way too many men have found loopholes to avoid their responsibilites and the government is way too slow at enforcing child support.

Rio- I continually heard it develop into George Bush that develop into accountable for typhoon Katrina. properly, I even haven't any further began to verify any feminists strive against for fathers' rights in any respect, except for one information superhighway website which wanted to assist out protection rigidity fathers. yet it is a restricted objective. I do imagine feminism is blamed completely too a lot for some issues, and it really is probable one among those situations. even if, any time I see a topic about mom and dad getting custody of little ones, feminists-actually, maximum women persons commonly, or perhaps many adult males- will continually supply the mum the great thing about the doubt over the daddy, except she's easily despicable. Fathers ought to educate themselves worth of being a figure, moms ought to educate they're unworthy of being a figure. with suggestions from the way, i don't think of you've stated this, yet I continually heard from feminists that previously the feminist circulation got here alongside, it develop into commonly continually the fathers who were given custody. something isn't including up the following. until eventually i myself see a father in individual who gained accepted custody of his youthful little ones in a divorce (i recognize they exist, yet I have under no circumstances, ever actually considered one), i will proceed to trust that the courts are biased adversarial to fathers. i imagine society as an entire is accountable for this to be straightforward. Feminists concentration merely on moms, traditionalists imagine moms are the nurturers. adult males can't win with maximum folk. LBDSM- you've a level to an volume. yet I see maximum women persons perpetuating those self same myths besides.
