The majority of the people on here are very young indeed. However I don't think that they are uneducated, but I do think that they should freshen up on their spelling skills.......As I have many times said.

USE THE CHECK SPELLING thingie up on top.

But I guess, some people are just too much in a hurry for their 2 points. At least I'm earning mine.

YES! It was actually quite shocking to me at first, but now I just skim the questions and ignore the ones with more numbers than letters in them. I also get quite disgusted with the 100 or more "woodchuck" and "chicken or egg" questions that are asked on what seems like a daily basis. I'm really trying not to judge the general human population on what I've seen here, or I may get very depressed. Let's just HOPE that there are a lot of school-age kids on here and not actual adults. I think that would have much worse implications!

There's nothing wrong with being young. I just don't like it when inconsiderate people ruin a good thing like Yahoo! Answers. A lot of the questions and answers are offensive.

If things keep going the way they are, perhaps Yahoo! will require the passing of an intelligence test before someone can join this community. Unfortunately, intelligence does not guarantee good manners.

Personally I only have 4 years of college, and only 2 degrees. I knew I should have continued until I had a Doctorate, and done Post Graduate work so I could be more educated for yahoo answers. It may be too late now, the doctor told me 6 months ago that I am dying. What can I do to improve myself? Now I am not only bored but I am really really depressed about my lack of Yahoo acumen!

Oh the humanity! Life can really be CRUEL!~

Nope. But I do believe that by what I see it's obvious that spelling and grammar are no longer priorities in people's lives.

Perhaps... either way, they deserve to get and give opinions just as much as those who are "educated". Plus, some can be quite entertaining with their idiotic thoughts/questions.
