Finding all the little things that make you are special person and then Realizing YOU ARE WORTHY, thinking it as FACT, and projecting that inner confidence outwardly in your manner of speaking, the way you treat others, the way you act, but also not thinking so much of yourself that others are looked down in your own mind, because that is actually not high self-esteem that is pure conceit.
Take care of yourself, find things you like about yourself, keep looking each day, use those things you like about YOU to LOVE yourself, even on the bad days and Just let that inner confident YOU shine for all to see.

Start with being content with not just yourself but everything else. Realize that no one is perfect and that you are unique. Love yourself, and keep a healthy attitude about everything.

What helped me was I kept a "happiness journal" in which I just listed things that made me happy and motivated. When you feel down, read what you've written.

do everything in your power to make yourself look good. then you'll feel pretty and good about yourself. :)
