it has 50 koneek on the back of it and the front of it has a man on a horse,its dated 2005,it also has p.o.c.c.n.n. on it and it is very clean and shiny,is it worth anything,is it worth keeping,and what country is it from.i do collect coins,but this is rather new and different.any answer would be very helpful.

Hi...I'm a coin dealer in the Midwest. What you have there is a 2005 dated Russian 50 Kopek coin. It is equal to half a Ruble. It's a little too new to have any special value yet, but it's a fun coin to add to your collection. Don't try to clean it or polish it; if you do, you would ruin any potential value it might have in the future.

It appears to be Russian. I looked up koneek on a coin shop site.

maybe you should go to an expert because i think that's no ordinary coin. but is it real coin or just a token whatever.try soaking it in vinegar and if the color changed or faded or what, it's not worth anything
