I think you don't have enough RAM/Memory. You should consider investing in it.

Or, on a more freeware-listic view, just don't run so much stuff at once. Or you could have a spyware/virus attack (avast! Antivirus, Spybot S&D, both free).

If it has been working before, System Restore it to the last known date it worked (Program Files, Accessories, System Tools)

Best of luck.

Hopefully you loaded the software to the computer before you hooked the USB up to the Zen Nano MP3. If you go to "My Computer" you should see a new drive listed under "other" that should be your Nano software. If you did everything correctly, and you are still having a problem, go to control panel-add and remove programs, and remove the Nano software. Then re-install the software, you may have had some corrupt files in the Nano's software. Try doing a "Defrag" on your C:\ drive. Go to "My Computer", right tic on the C:\ drive and select "Properties", tic on the "Tools" tab and then tic the "Defragment" button. That is another way to help speed up your computer. The other thing you can do to help speed things up is to download and run Ad-Aware, Spy-bot Search and Destroy, AVG Anti-virus, and Windows Defender, Belarc Advisor (most helpful for license key codes), all are free.

Computer Slow

Download and then run startup.exe (FREEWARE) at:

http://www.mlin.net/startupcpl.shtml......

Can't live without it and windows...

Then disable and/or uninstall whatever u don't need.

Other things to try:

1 - Disk Cleanup (removal of temp files, cookies, etc.)
2 - Defrag
3 - Registry Cleanup (CAN BE VERY RISKY!)

ALL ELSE FAILS - RELOAD YOUR O/S (WINDOWS) AND THEN REINSTALL ALL OTHER PROGRAMS YOU NEED/USE!
